Changed your mind?
Not happy with your product or encountered any sizing issues? Don’t worry—Zenvo offers a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, simply complete the return form and include it with your return shipment. If you don't have the return form, you can easily download it here and print it.

At Zenvo, we believe in full transparency, which is why our detailed product images and 360-degree videos allow you to fully evaluate your item before purchasing.

Exchange Policy

If you face size issues or wish to exchange a product, we’ve got you covered. Here’s how we make the exchange process smooth:

  • You can exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition (unused, undamaged, with tags and packaging intact).
  • If you are unsatisfied with your item, you can request an exchange upon delivery or contact us at saahaider314@gmail.com or call 03-259-011-828
  • The delivery of exchanged items is free of charge.
  • In cases where the value of the exchanged item is different from the original purchase, the balance will be handled as follows:
    • If the exchange item costs less: The difference will be provided as store credit.
    • If the exchange item costs more: You can pay the remaining balance via card or cash on delivery.
  • Exchanges generally take up to 2 days in major cities and up to 5 days in other locations.

Please note: All returns and exchanges must be processed through Zenvo directly. Returns and exchanges cannot be made at third-party retail locations.
