How to Return an Item:

We charge a Rs.100 return pickup fee for the convenience of getting your item back to us.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, including:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • All tags, stickers, and labels intact
  • Original packaging intact

Refunds or Store Credit:

  • We offer an unconditional return policy on all orders. Upon returning an item, you can choose between:
    • A refund (which may take up to 14 days to process, depending on bank policies)
    • Store credit (issued immediately upon return, which you can use for future purchases)

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products bought during sales or promotions
  • Fragrances, beauty products, intimates, mobile phones, watches

All returns and exchanges must be processed through Zenvo. Returns will not be accepted at any third-party retail locations.
